By accessing or using Free SMS Mexico's temporary phone number service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service.

Service Description

We provide temporary Mexican phone numbers (+52) for receiving SMS verification codes. This is a free, shared service with no guarantees of availability or reliability.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to use our service for:

• Any illegal activities or purposes
• Fraudulent activities or scams
• Harassment or spamming others
• Creating fake accounts on services that prohibit this
• Any activity that violates the terms of other services

Service Limitations

• Numbers are shared among users
• Messages are automatically deleted after 48 hours
• We don't guarantee all services will accept our numbers
• Numbers may change or become unavailable without notice

Privacy

While we take measures to protect privacy, remember:

• Messages are visible to anyone using the same number
• We cannot guarantee complete anonymity
• Review our Privacy Policy for details

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to verification failures or account issues with other services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by Mexican law. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Mexico City.
